This week’s posts: –
- Anime Review: 3D Konojo Real Girl Season 1
- Anime Review: How Not to Summon a Demon Lord Season 1
- Anime Review: Goblin Slayer Season 1
Whilst I didn’t post a lot this past week, I was still quite busy. I watched a lot of anime and get a lot of writing-related stuff done.
ANIME AND MANGA
I managed to watch a lot of anime, which ranged from slice-of-life comedic romance to isekai action comedy. The standouts were:
- Aoharu X Kikanjuu
- Wotaku Ni Koi Wa Musukashii
- How Not to Summon a Demon Lord Season 1
I am nearly up to date with my anime reviews, with a sizable backlog of manga reviews. I will hopefully make some headway on the latter in the next week or so because I have been a bit lax in dealing with my manga reviews. Sorry about that…
With all of this anime and manga I’ve been consuming of late, I have also been struck with more story ideas. Most of this past week has involved me fleshing out ideas on OneNote. One idea, in particular, has taken up most of the past week. It is a fantasy action-adventure that will likely have me spending quite a bit of time going over some old D&D books in the coming weeks. I don’t want to “jinx” myself by giving too much info about it but I’ll post more about it when I have more of a handle on it.
It rained most of this past week, only letting up on Friday. The ground is still soaked from the week and a half of wet weather. Thankfully, we didn’t get the rain that caused major damage to Townsville. A few lives were lost during their floods this week. Whilst a lot of farmers further inland got some well-needed rainfall, people still died. It just goes to show that a blessing for some may not be for others. We also had a bit of rain last night, but the sun came out again this morning, continuing the trend of muggy days. The air conditioner has been a real lifesaver but hubby and I have still been knocked about by the weather.
Anyway, take care and have an awesome week. Don’t forget to send your anime and manga recommendations this way and I will try to get to them when time allows. I look forward to hearing from you guys.
