A few years ago, several notable universities started to release course materials for free online. Other universities and colleges would following, Apple eventually bringing it all together via iTunesU. Open Yale was the project by Yale University, and offers a bunch of high quality material that ranges from sciences such as Psychology to humanities courseware relating to Art History. One of their recent offerings is PSYCH 131 Human Emotion, which is a course that covers exactly what the name describes.
Today, I am sharing the three video lectures on the subject of Happiness. This is a subject that many disciplines have discussed over the centuries, making it multidisciplinary in many regards. I welcome the folks visiting this page to comment constructively on the presented material. I’d also encourage you to consider the various things that make you happy or unhappy, citing reasons for what draws such a powerful response from you.
