Provider: Open 2 Study (Australia) [course page
Lecturer: Frankie Madden
Subject: Internet / Communications
Delivery: Intake-based asynchronous study
Completion Date: 08/26/2013

Description: Frankie Madden discusses writing content for the web offering up some of her own experience as a content designer.

Strengths: Frankie Madden offers some insight on the important role of content creation. She discusses the process by which many content designers go through to create high quality content and the science related to how people read websites.
Weaknesses: Her general nervousness resulted in slightly longer videos at times by way of infrequent verbal slips and occasional memory lock. This was not enough to remove the value of the techniques and tips being discussed.

Conclusion: Though Frankie Madden was obviously quite nervous throughout, she offers up some solid foundation for what it means to be a content designer, which can translate in many ways to web-based design as a whole.
