Jack Horner: Shape-shifting dinosaurs

As an avid watcher of each new TED Talks presentation, I find a lot of interesting topics covered. I tend to find those related to Biology and Paleontology more interesting because of how they connect the layperson to the natural world. I am no scientist, but it gives me a feeling that I am a part of something that much bigger than myself. One of the more recent videos perked my interest even more than usual. Why? It talks about the physical development of dinosaurs using birds as a template.
